So since I started working in corporate america.
My work out plan/diet has deteriorated.
From 4-5 days of gym a week to 2-3 and less of a work out.
My diet has been crap.
Lately my mom made a comment that I looked like I gained some wieght.
Which I did 12 pounds since I started working here.
My skin has started to break out once in a while.
and I just dont have the energy I used to.
I'm looking for a quick way to burn off fat besides my usual veggies/water with a touch of meat diet.
Looking to loose 10-15 in the next 3 weeks or so and not water wieght.
I know talking to some one from the forums they swore by the alkaline diet.
any suggestions?

Hydroxy Cut.
That shit is good.
And it won't make you nervous and jittery.
I'm on Hydroxy Cut HARDCORE. But I'm used to it.
Start of with the NORMAL Hydroxy Cut.
Start off with 1 pill 2 times daily and work your way up.
You'll get extra energy. Raise your metabolism. It also controls appetite.
I also notice that I HATE low carb diets because they leave you feeling tired.
If you MUST have them as I do. Get them in your fruits and veggies ONLY.
They are complex and taste great.
ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT. Don't have ANY carbs 4-5 hours before going to bed.
That means you can have your carbs all day EXCEPT for dinner.
The reason is because your body will resort to burning FAT while you sleep.
My diet consists MAINLY of chicken or turkey cold cuts.
The 98% fat free kind you find in your deli section.
Very high protein content. 0 carb and only 180 calories per package.
You can also get pastrami or roast beef. Same calories. 0 carb or low carb and just as much protein. About 33 grams of protein per package. And once again, about 180 calories per package.
You have on package with a fruit cup. The kind you find in your produce section. I find the ones with grapes, honey dew melon, canatloupe and kiwi in it.
OR to make it even SIMPLER. Just buy pears, bananas, oranges and grapes.
You can buy whatever you like best but these just happen to be my favorites.
Have 1 fruit with 1 meat packet.
You'll end up consuming about 300-350 calories per meal and feel FULL.
Also incorporate a good protein shake.
1st meal (Breakfast) Is my cheat meal because I have ALL day to burn off the calories.
Usually a breakfast burrito. (Reasonable portion) Filled with eggs, cheese, potatoes, and bacon.
The next 3 meals as stated above
4th meal (Dinner) NO CARBS
The weekends I tend to eat what I want, but that's because I can work out as much as I need to on those days too.
This is a very specific plan that has worked for me without going into the science of it.

Follow Apollo's advice and you'll be a lean, ripped corpse. lol... Sorry, bro, but it's true. Too much protein (over-proteinization) is toxic and deadly to the body. Look it up.
By the way, I just started the alkaline diet again and have already lost 8 pounds in the last 3 days and that's with cheating on the diet!
The diet is so effective that even if you cheat, you STILL lose weight. But if you're willing to adhere to the diet exactly as you're supposed to, you could easily lose those 15 pounds and then some in less than 3 weeks. I lost 21 pounds in 12 days, myself - and that was with a few cheat meals and beers and lots of drinks thrown in there).
First, let's lay down a little foundation of understanding as to WHY the diet works.
What you need to know about body fat:
Acidic foods cause the body to store fat (which is alkaline) in order to neutralize the acidity in your diet.
Basic chemistry 101 - base (or alkaline) neutralizes acid. It takes 20 parts alkaline to neutralize every 1 part of acid, so your body stores 20 times the amount of fat that you consume in acid foods.
By change your diet from an acidic one to an alkaline one, your body no longer has a need to store fat, so it begins to shed all the stored fat you have at an alarming rate. Personally, I lose anywhere from 2 pounds to 6 pounds a day when I'm on the diet. And I sustain at least a 2-3 pound daily weight loss for weeks. So it's not water weight I'm losing. I drink LOTS of water and eat plenty of water rich foods during the diet.
Is it healthy to lose so much weight so quickly?
Normally, the answer might be no, but because your diet is an alkaline diet, where your body is being flooded with micro and macro nutrients, vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, protein, calcium, etc and lots of water-rich raw foods, your body THRIVES unlike it's ever done before.
Think of it like having a bowel movement. If you normally drop a few normal sized turds, but then one day you drop 2 cookie dough rolls' worth of shit, would you be worried that you're shitting too much? No. You realize your body's just purging and getting rid of more waste this time around than usually. It's a healthy.
Same thing with the fat purge on the alkaline diet. Your starts to shed fat (and toxins) at an ultra fast rate, melting pounds off you and eliminating trapped impacted fecal matter from within your colon. You'll be lighter, slimmer, tighter and harder bodied in less time than you ever thought was possible.
Alright, I'm sold. So what do i have to do?
The answer is simple: maintain an alkaline elevated body pH by remove acidic foods from your diet and consuming water rich, alkaline foods as well as drinking plenty of water. While you're pH is alkaline, you'll be shedding pounds like madness. AND you'll be healthier than you've ever thought was possible (your cholesterol will plummet, your blood pressure will drop to or slightly below normal levels, you'll sleep better, less hours and feel refreshed - not tired - when you awake, you'll be more potent and vigorous sexually, your mental clarity will be far more sharpened and refined, you'll have a sustained, high - yet calm - energy level throughout the day and your stress level will go down. It's amazing.
So, step 1 is eliminating all meat, fowl and dairy (beef, pork, lamb, chicken, eggs, butter, cheese, milk, etc), salt water fish, all sugar, artificial sweeteners, alcohol and most breads.
So what can I eat?
You can eat a little fresh water fish like salmon, etc, almost all vegetables, some fruits (not the ones that are very high in sugar), certain breads, etc.. The trick is choosing foods that are highly alkaline, so you get the most bang for your buck and reach your weight goals faster, so you can get off the diet sooner.

That shows you which foods are alkaline and which foods are acidic and by how much do they add to your acidity or alkalinity.
This diet is for those who are serious about their health and want to not only lose weight but cure diseases and negative health conditions like diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, etc.
In fact, the moment I feel a cold coming on or once I've caught a cold, I'll drink a "green shake" (I'll cover that in a bit) and I'll stave off the cold completely or recover from even thew worst flu within a couple of days.
Now, here's the beauty of it. Once you drop all that weight via this diet, is has the second added benefit of lowering your body's normal weight limit, so that going forward unless you go ape shit with tons of really really bad foods for a long period of time, your body will regulate it's weight limit and keep you within 10 pounds or less of whatever your final weight was when you stopped the diet.
The trick to making this diet workable for most people is understanding that the key is the pH factor.
Consider the body's pH to be a pendulum that can swing back and forth between alkalinity and acidity.

Not as MUCH weight as if you were really, really alkaline, but at least it will keep you from going crazy from depravation and binge eating at IHOP's, followed by a stopover at McDonald's and then washing it all down with case of beer. Which will put you right here...

So eat alkaline foods, drink lots of water and try to throw in some exercise.
My personal secret trick to getting my body super alkaline, super fast is by doing an alkalinity blast in the mornings.
After I get up and brush, I go and squeeze the juice of 3-4 lemons and dilute it with some water and drink it. lemons, though they are mostly citric acid, breaks down in the body into alkalinity. Incredible amounts of alkalinity, actually. So that jump starts y day with a quick spike of alkaline body pH.
Next comes the real secret - drinking a "Green shake" every morning and if possible, one in the afternoon as well.
Every morning when I'm on the diet, I'll take:
1 whole bunch of carrots
1 bunch of spinach
1 bunch of broccoli (like 2-3 heads)
1 large bunch of parsley (I prefer Italian, but American curly is just as good
1 large cucumber
1 medium sized beet
.. and I'll juice them all in a Jack Lalanne juicer (nice wide feeder opening, so little or no chopping of veggies is needed - saves me at east 20 minutes of prep and juicing time over my old juicer)
The end result will be one huuuuge 32-40 ounce cup of green drink. If you can't drink all of that, you may want use a little less veggies, but I find that if you do drink it all, it will provide all he nutrients you need for at least the next 2 hours, it will cleanse you, give you incredible energy, mental focus, vitality and most important of all, it blasts your system with super human amounts of alkalinity that can't be matched, even by a few shot of wheatgrass (which is THE most alkaline food you can eat).
So once, I've drunken the lemon juice and water mixture, then followed that up a little while later with a green shake, I'll eat walnuts and dried cranberries or raw almonds as a snack to tide me over until lunch.
Then for lunch, I'll have a large salad (no meat in any of it!) or a soup and salad (nice large serving of salad!), falafel, veggie wrap, fish (tuna, salmon), etc.
If I get munchy before dinner, I'll do a piece of lower sugar fruit or raw almonds, dried cranberries, walnuts, etc.
So, by dinner time far, I've hit my system with crazy alkalinity from the morning time, kept that up through the day with my healthy snacks, kept it going during lunch and before dinner. I will have spent the vast majority of the day alkalizing.
For dinner, I'll use some creative recipe to cook a dish that's both alkaline and satisfying. Avocado and spinach burritos with fresh pico de gallo, pita pockets stuffed with sauteed chick peas ("chana" for you West indians/Hindus in the house), avocados and green leafy veggies, delicious pumpkin soup topped with a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon, etc.
After you've eaten this way for a day or two, you're body will have hit an alkalinity peak where now, you can afford to throw in a cheat meal for lunch or dinner if you absolutely MUST in order to keep from going crazy - BUT... you must make sure that you've super alkalized first thing in the morning, so that's what flushes your system with alkaline pH and allows your body to handle the acidic foods..
Oh, and if you work out and are worried about losing muscle do to the lack of proteins, don't worry. Broccoli and almonds/walnuts have massive amounts of protein and your body DOES use it just like animal protein. Plus the amount of protein per pound of bodyweight most bodybuilders think is required or have been told as gospel is also bullshit. Schwarzenneger said that he didn't eat very much protein at all when he was working out and that bodybuilders are misinformed and need faaaar less protein than they've been told.
And that's about it. Well, there's more such as colonics, but I've been writing this fucking post for like 2 hours, so I've got to get back to work!

Just leave the fast food alone and get a 24 hour fitness pass. Stay away from fried foods, since they have a lot of cholestrol, and eat more grilled shit.

Be VERY careful with the hydroxycut hardcore stuff that Apollo suggested. I have a friend that can pretty much dedicate all of his gains to the shelves at your local GNC. Seeking his advice I was talked into trying Hydroxycut Hardcore, the symptoms left me jaded.
My job is a desk job, yet that product managed to bring me to the brink of passing out at my desk on two occasions. Other symptoms that I have experienced were, drymouth (despite consuming 80oz of water per day) lightheadedness and overall body weakness. Granted, everyone will react differently to any given drug based on their bodies ability to break down the substances of the drug. I am just giving a heads up on Hydroxycut Hardcore.
Question:
How do you guys manage to lead fairly normal lives whilst abiding to such strict diets?
I can barely find anything that is non fattening, god forbid I had to measure the alkalinity of the food that I am about to consume.

Damn yall here my story
i gained like 7 kilos (im 77 now used to be 70/ am 154 used to be 140 lbs)
but i look and feel horrible now, iused to have a nice slim and tight body now u see this belly like a snorlax.
I know what the aus of my weight gaining is.
My dad got a new company (distribution) and he orderena fuckin lifetime supply of snickers twix bounty mars bueno you name it. and i aite that shit like it was water.
but i started training my arms (made progress but still its not a nice view tight arms and a 4 month pregnanth belly)
Im busy loosing it the classic way.
I run 6 miles (10km) every morning and since im scared of god i swore on his name not to eat choclate anymore fo 2 wheeks

Best diet of all time is burn more calories than you consume, limit bad carbs and saturated fats as well as trans fats, and eat a variety of foods and control your serving size as well as eat 3-5 meals a day. do that and you will lose weight guaranteed. No diet is a good diet and it is best to change your lifestyle and infuse it with healthy habits while simulataneously ridding it of bad habits.

I read through all of Morph's post with interest. Whilst not subscribing to an alcaline diet myself I have adopted a plan and recipes from a guy here in the UK call The Diet Doctor.
There are some definite similarities to Morph's plan though and I echo his comments about not eating carbs (except those found in vegetables) in your last meal eg Dinner.
I weighed 18 stone 11lbs some weeks ago and have lost 1.5 stone in just over 4 weeks. I eat 4 or 5 times a day now whereas I used to only eat twice a day and was gaining weight. I found I was eating a large lunch and an even larger dinner. I have cut my portion sizes down and because I eat breakfast now (porridge, Natural Yoghurt with seeds, boiled eggs, muesli) and heathy snacks I don't need to have such large meals.
I am eating fish about 3 times a week (flaky fish with no skin) with loads of different coloured veg for dinner - no potatoes (Except the odd sweet potato which are better for you).
I eat rye, rye crisp, or rice cakes instead of normal bread. Eat cottage cheese instead of regular cheese, cook brown rice or quinoa instead of white rice.
Altogether a healhier diet and I NEVER feel hungry.
I plan all of my meals for the week and buy accordingly thus limiting the occasions when I am likely to eat poorly because there's no alternative and most of all I am against diets. They seem to want to punish you for being fat and it's no good doing something you don't enjoy - that way you will fail.
I still drink alcohol occasionally (night out with the guys once a week) and if I am going out to dinner I'll eat a good meal.
I think it is about the good things you are eating most of the time rather than the bad things you eat occasionally.
If you are eating heatlthily 80-90% of the time then you are going to lose weight.
As for exercise - I am a believer in exercise and used to exercise a lot. Lifestyle, 3 kids and a lazy disposition means that I am still too repulsive to consider joining a gym yet although I go for the occasional bike ride. On my plan I an hoping that if I lose another 2 stone I will be able to join some gym or engage in some more mainstream exercise.

Actually, the shortcut I use now is dirt cheap and works fast as hell.
Alkalize and drop tons of weight for less than $2 a day.
Buy yourself a bunch of limes (they're cheaper than lemons and have about the same alkalinity). The supermarkets around me sell limes at between 6-10 for a dollar.
Squeeze the juice of like 6-10 limes, dilute it in a huge cup of water and guzzle the whole thing.
Don't pour the lime juice into a big bottle of water and sip it throughout the day or anything like that because it will strip your throat raw.
Just down a large cup of water with the juice of 6-10 limes at one sitting. If you do that in the mornings, you will lose weight super fast. Do it twice a day and you'll freak out at how fast the fat melts off your body.
Alkalinity is the key to fat loss. No theory. Actual fact. I've been doing it for years. Any time I need to shed like 20-40 pounds fast (like within one month) I alkalize and the pounds melt off at a rate of about 2 pounds per day.
