first sum ho joins the forum, that chelle bitch. I like girls on forums, but the problem with that is that the female will get too much attention, but thats not the deal.

Well she ( i believe it was an he anyway so) was talented with photoshop.
So mel made some plans with her. next thing we see is the forum changed in every possible way. The peeps were devided.

I felt the comunity was falling apat anyway, things went too fast and shit. It felt like the distance between users was growing.

I said i didnt want to be part of that forum anymore because its not the same anymore like 6 months ago, that was for me THE reason to leave bootytorrents.

For Apollo and Joe left becous of a issue with mel ( he turned out to be a bitch ass) and flames well i dont know his story. Morph left because apollo left.

What happened is that Mel made a professional, non personal critique of Apollo's handling of the forums. He had issues with the constant locking of topics, the creation of mini clubs on the forums, with their own stickies, etc. Apollo got mad, then started cursing and making personal, ad hominem assaults on Mel. The others, who I assume were mad that they didn't get any say in the redesign (just like EVERY other member) were so used to thinking of the board as theirs, that they decided to leave too, after they learned that their was a mysterious, fair, moderator named "Bootytorrents" who *GASP* wasn't their buddy, and wouldn't be biased.

Then some others left because they didn't like the sites look, apparently ignoring the ability to change themes (five themes, last time I counted) then decided to follow along, knowing very well that Mel hadn't done anything to them.

I didn't like the way he dissed a fellow admin, and felt that BT was no longer my home which it isn't. Joe, Morph and I shook in support of Apollo of our own free will. Apollo's vision for Booty Lounge was to set up an online community with the goal of establishing and maintaining a fun, open minded, entertaining and CIVIL community. Not to duplicate BT's pit fighter arena set up.

In this community, we moderate for BEHAVIOR, not opinions, so much.
So unlike BT, if you come in here looking to shit stir and create conflict and havoc for the sake of doing so, you will be modded.

If you find you cannot express your thoughts and debate an issue with your fellow members without resorting to taking on a condescending, caustic or personally offensive tone, you will be modded.

This is a COMMUNITY. And there are community standards that apply.
We don't want pathologically beef seekers and those that always seem to choose to phrase their opinions in a way that attacks others in here.

Those people will always have BT and other forums like it, and they're welcome to it. This is not THAT kind of place.
99% of the people in both BT and these forums are cool and have no problem expressing themselves, even being controversial without being offensive.
But there's that 1% who just can't play nice with others, who are always picking fights, pushing people around, being insufferable assholes.

Invariably THOSE are also the very same people that complina about "Nazi modding" and always raise the issue of "freedom of speech" whenever their BEHAVIOR and intentions are brought into question.

It's that 1% we're excluding. It's worth being called "Nazis" by the bad apples that constitute that 1% if it means that the other 99% get to enjoy a happy, fun and positive environment, free from all the toxicity and drama of BT and it's ilk.
