Security checks are all in place.
Unregistered users can only "View" the forum topics but cannot have access to the "Threads within.
This will allow "Prospective" members to see what TYPE of content they can expect.

What about email verification and that number recognition for spam bots?

My "MorpheusX" account seems to have been rendered an "unregistered" account when you made your security changes because I can't post replies via the account.
Also, I can't see the "Upgrades" forum anymore. So if someone could let me know what's happpening, that would be nice. :-)

I'll revisit.
Have to get to work.
1st day on the job.
Keep your AIM on.
Peep your PM's.
I left you a msg.

Just like I thought, 2 usernames can't co-exist on the same IP address.

Might be a problem for corporate users going through proxy's

Hmm.. That doesn't make any sense.
Why would there be an IP address conflict for multiple accounts? I could see if 2 users were logging into the messageboard app simultaneously from the same IP, but in my case, I logged in at two different times.
What I was experiencing was as if I suddenly lost all posting priviledges. I could check my PMs and read threads, but when I clicked reply, it would take me to the posting page and give me the form field to enter my response and even confirmed it had received my reply when I submitted it, but when it took me back to the page in the thread, lo and behold - no new posting was there.
I'm not sure what kind of security setting was implemented, but if it's locking a person to one IP address per account, which sounds unlikely, it's probably not a good idea.

A few days ago, while I was broswing though the AdMIN option. I saw an option saying only 1 account per IP address.
If theres issues with this setting I will look into changing it.
Another thing you guys might notice that is, the page views doesn't count by page clicks, it counts by IP addresses logs.
So if you continuesly go back and forth it will only count as the same view.
