No, but seriously, girls reach puberty before boys do, so they mature physiologically earlier than boys during the adolescent and teenage years.

Their experience the cognitive, emotional and hormonal turbulence characteristic of the onset of puberty years before boys do, so they also mentally and emotionally mature years before boys do.

Biologically, boys catch up to girls by the end of their teenage years, but by that tiem, the girls will have been more mature for years and hence have accrued more life acumen and spent more time developing adult thoght patterns.

Hence, they're generally more mature. It usually takes men until their mid 20s to FINALLY catch up with the maturity level of women, but many never do.

The great equalizer today is that young girls are being educated (brainwashed) into fitting the roles and stereotypes created and perpetuated by young, male dominated culture.
So you'll see alot of girls who WOULD have matured at a normal rate, having their maturity retarded via music videos, movies, TV shows and the role models in their peer groups.

I done slayed 37 and 42 year old chicks when I was in my early 20s, and I can tell you, you're better off going younger. Less baggage, more easily programmable and less crafty.

Get 'em when they're young and you can teach them what you like, how you like it and expose them to new things. Once a chick is past 30, you're dealing with older, hardened clay that's next to impossible to mold.
